Nirene One tracks your heart rate, sleep and steps, and has several sport modes. In the Nx Wear app you can also see heart rate variability and blood oxygen readings, and keep track of your cycle. These are wellness estimates, not medical measurements.

Download the free Nx Wear app, switch on Bluetooth on your phone and pair your bracelet. Then put it on and slide the closure until it sits comfortably.
Yes. Nirene One connects over Bluetooth 5.3 to the free Nx Wear app. It works with iPhone (iOS 11 or later) and Android phones (Android 6.0 or later). Search for “Nx Wear” in your app store to download it.
Up to 3–5 days on a charge, depending on how you use it. It charges in about 2 hours with the magnetic charging cable.
Nirene One has a 5ATM water-resistance rating from the manufacturer, so rain, splashes and hand-washing are fine. We do not recommend wearing it in hot showers, saunas or the sea, because heat, soap and salt can wear the finish.
It is one size. A sliding closure lets you adjust the bracelet to your wrist yourself, in a few seconds.
