Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. BIOBND is not liable for orders that are delayed, undeliverable, or lost as a result of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address entered by the customer.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an address error made by the customer, a reshipment fee will apply before the order can be resent. BIOBND will not issue a refund for orders that cannot be delivered due to customer-provided address errors.
