Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and BIOBND ("we," "us," "our").

We operate the website biobnd.com (the "Site") and any related products or services that link to these Terms (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, you're confirming you've read these Terms, understood them, and agreed to be bound by them. If you don't agree, stop using the Services now.

1. Our Services

The Services are intended for use in the United Kingdom. If you access them from elsewhere, you're responsible for making sure your use complies with local law where you are.

We keep every right not explicitly granted to you here. Breaching this section ends your right to use the Services immediately.

Your submissions

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions about the Services ("Submissions"), you agree we can use them freely, for any purpose, without owing you credit or compensation.

By sending a Submission, you confirm it doesn't break the rules in the "Prohibited Activities" section, that it's genuinely yours to share, and that you're not handing over anything confidential.

You're responsible for what you submit, and you agree to cover any losses we suffer as a result of your Submissions breaching this section, someone else's intellectual property, or the law.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you confirm that: your account information is accurate and current; you're legally able to agree to these Terms; you're not a minor where you live; you won't access the Services using bots or scripts; and you won't use the Services for anything illegal or unauthorised.

If any information you give us turns out to be false or incomplete, we can suspend or close your account.

4. User Registration

You may need to register to use parts of the Services. Keep your password private, you're responsible for everything that happens under your account. We can change or remove a username at our discretion if we consider it inappropriate.

5. Products

We do our best to show products accurately, but colours, specs, and details can vary depending on your screen, and we can't guarantee everything shown is error-free. Products are subject to availability, and we can discontinue any item or change prices at any time.

6. Purchases and Payment

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Klarna.

You agree to give us accurate, current payment and account details, and to keep them updated. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and may change at any time. Any applicable tax is added at checkout.

By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the order total, including shipping. We can correct pricing errors even after payment has been taken or requested.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, including orders that appear to come from resellers or distributors rather than individual customers.

8. Prohibited Activities

If we offer a way to leave reviews, your review should come from genuine experience, avoid offensive or discriminatory language, and shouldn't be part of a coordinated campaign. We can accept, reject, or remove any review at our discretion, and reviews reflect the reviewer's opinion, not ours.

We can monitor the Services for misuse, restrict access where needed, remove content that breaks these Terms, and generally manage the Services to keep them running properly and protect our rights.

We can change, update, or remove any part of the Services at any time, and we're not obligated to keep everything running without interruption. We won't be liable for any inconvenience caused by downtime or changes to the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of conflict of law principles.

17. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute comes up, we'll first try to resolve it informally between us. If that doesn't work within a reasonable time, either party can bring the matter before the courts of England and Wales, which have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms.

19. Disclaimer

Use your own judgement when purchasing or relying on anything through the Services.

20. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including lost profits or lost data. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the issue arose. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

You agree to cover us for any loss, claim, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of someone else's rights.
